Addictive Single Serving Healthier Cake Batter
So, I'm a little worried that y'all are going to hate me for sharing this recipe with y'all. Because it's so freaking easy!! And SO SO good!
Super simple. Single serving. Not the worst for you.
If you're like me, this may become your nightly obsession. Seriously, I'm in the process of kicking the habit, but there was a while where this was an every night (as we watched American Crime Story or The Office) occurrence.
I know this recipe is adapted from somewhere, but honestly, it's been so long now that I can't even remember where! But as I did, go ahead and make this your own. Sometimes I want a thicker dough, while other times I go more runny. I really just adjust the amount of almond milk or flour in the mix.
And you know something fun? If you swap out the cake batter for flour, and throw in some chocolate chips, you've got yourself single serving cookie dough! Yup, super simple and versatile!
SINGLE SERVING CAKE BATTER
- 2 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 3 Tbsp Cake Batter Mix
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 tsp Honey
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Combine all ingredients into a bowl/mug and stir to combine.
And there you have it!! Easy peasy and seriously the BEST. Is anyone else obsessed with single serving desserts? What's your go-to?
