The link will take you to: the meal plan (which you will edit to fit your schedule-> ‘Make a Copy’ to make your own), your grocery list, recipes, and meal prep gameplan to get you through the week with ease! This is designed for 2 people, but would be fairly easy to adjust to a single person or adding a small child!

You can then edit for your own schedule (right click on each file and “Make a Copy” to make it your own!), and have it on your phone for quick reference as well!
